Very nice hotel. Nice, friendly staff at the hotel. The atmosphere where great. My son loved the pool. We have stayed at other hotels in Lamai, but I would really like to come back to Grand Thai House Resort. Good value for the money!

Small very friendly newish hotel, 3 years old I believe, staff always willing to assist. First class location, 5 mins walk to town centre, 2 mins to beach.Large, clean, well maintained pool easily best feature for a hotel of this size.Rooms good size with quiet a/c.Full room service available from restaurant sited opposite side of beach road.Good value for money. Expect to revisit.

En riktigt fin resort, Ligger mycket bra till, fina rum, mycket fin pool, väldigt trevlig personal, Vi bokade 4 nätter i förväg men stannade 16 dagar. Det enda vi har att anmärka på är att det vore väldigt skönt med en fläkt på balkongen,
| Mycket smidigt att boka med agenten allt funkade perfekt även med transfer från flygplatsen

Гостиница оставила самое приятное впечатление.С момента заезда в гостиницу в 7 часов утра персонал гостиницы окружил нас приятным вниманием.Заселение произошло мгновенно,номер превзошел все наши ожидания,чистота идеальная мебель просто супер,ничего лишнего.Сервис отель не навязчивый, все работает, везде убирают,и при этом никого не видно.Интерьер и располажение отеля на очень высоком уровне,видно что за этим следят.Вообщем итог: отель стоит своих денег,отель новый,персонал внимательный,планирую посетить еще раз и непременно рекомендую остальным

The Hotel Is In A Good Position, Just A 2Minute Walk To The Beach By A Path Beside Hotel,Staff Are All Friendly And Helpful. Cleanliness Of The Room Very Good, Done Every Day,Breakfast Quite Basic But If You Want More Just Ask And They Will Give It You,Towels Provided For Beach And Pool Fresh Every Day.Would Recomend This Hotel To Anyone.Provides Taxi To The Airport Which Is Very Reasonable

Nice friendly staff on the desk .Clean rooms with good aircon and large bathrooms.Need a mesh on the fan in the bathroom to keep the mosquitos out.The hotel sends guests washing to a private company that was expensive by comparison with anywhere else we encountered in Thailand.1000 baht for a bag of laundry that anywhere else in Lamai would have cost 250.Small gripe but the staff could make guests aware just how expensive the service is .

Great Hotel , very friendly staff, very clean and great athmosphere. Room was very clean and, after we did complain that the airconditioning did not function well ,the did reepair it imediatly.

Very good hotel. Service was nice, fast and friendly. Room was beautiful and it was cleaned everyday. If I come back koh samui and the lamai beach, i will stay Grand thai house Resort.
