The Bungalow was very dirty. the dust behind the bed and in the bathroom was very old. every morning the sunbeds were reserved with towels and the peoples came so late, thats was not OK. I think,the personal should not allow it

Früher sehr viel schöner, jetzt voll und nur noch Durchschnitt, entgegen der Werbung keine Thai-Athmosphäre mehr. Lage immer noch ideal, aber vor lauter Plastikliegen kaum noch Strand zu sehen. Der Platz ist gone .

you cant lie on the beach because there are no free places in the morning, all chairs are reservated with towels, its like in mallorca.the pool is beautiful and the bungalows are clean and nice.

We were here 5 years ago and like very much but know it was not the same too much crowded screaming young people throw chairs and sunmattress in the pool and the staff do nothing We never coming back

Very nice hotel. The first rooms were in a seperate building to the rest of the hotel but both the beach and pool were not far. The pool was great and the beach was nice and a bit quiter than Chawend itself.My only real complaint was the compulsary new years eve dinner. I was very annoyed at the whole thing, it was way too expensive, the food was terrible, we only got 1 free drink and then we had to pay, even for soft drink. The free drink included wine but not beer! the entertainment was poor. The whole thing left me, and many other guests, feeling very ripped off.

Very dirty sunbeds and very old beach towels.Отель находится в прекрасном месте , но впечатления испортили грязные шезлонги на пляже и старые рваные полотенца. Завтраки однообразные.

The location is superb. Pool was well tended and very large. The room was adequate (pool view double room) and the staff relatively attentive. It s budget luxury so don t expect extras like room tea and coffee and power showers. If you can do without then this hotel is perfection.

No recommendation. Maybe for poor families. Basic hotel. No safe on room. Not romantic. No lush tropical garden. No fitness. Breakfast was basic with lots of sugar and fat. No good value. Book a hotel in north or central part of chaweng beach instead of this. Every beachfront hotels in chaweng is better than first bangalow beach. Trust me.

Basic hotel. Travel far to Thailand to stay at this poor hotel. Book hotel in central or north part of chaweng beach instead.
