The standard room was good. Most of their staff was friendly, but they could do with a bit more managing system like those in bigger and proper hotel. Overall, it was good.

I am disappointed to say this was a very bad experience. The room was insected infected, it was the size of a shoe box and there was nowhere to put my clothes.

Nothing missing, nothing too much. Staff at the reception very nice and incredibly helpful even by the high Thai standards.

very near to the beach, relax at the beach or at one of the bars. very goog is Chilin Bar direct at Coconut Beach Resort.the bungalows are simple but ok

A good place to enjoy Samui. From the nice and classic bungalow to the building room, every one can find the perfect one.Close to any facility of Lamai Beach (200m from restaurants and shops) you can easily reach Chaweng by taxi or motobike.No free Internet, cold shower in bungalows.
| Good and quite. Many mail to confirm booking, payement,... Not convenient for people travelling without permanent Internet access.

Отличное место! Тихий отель, недорогой, все что нужно рядом - магазины, рынки, кафешки... Были 5 ночей, в следующий раз поедем туда снова!!!

I stayed in a beach bungalow for the first night and wasn t impressed, the bungalows are very old and in need of upgrade, however after speaking to the staff I was moved into a room in the new building for no extra charge. These new rooms are really good, large and modern rooms with a balcony. Very easy access to the beach, and though the resort lacks its own bar / restaurant it really doesn t matter as there are so many close by. Also very good location if you wish to indulge in the local nightlife.
