The staff at Arina were friendly and most helpful and went out of the way to help me when my van was late. Very centralised, abt 5 min walk to the beach. Spotless and clean. Definitely recommended.

If you are looking for budget accommodation Arina Boutique Residence is great. Room is clean, bed great and the owners were very helpful. Presently there is construction happening next door which was a little loud in the morning but other than that I couldn t fault the rooms. Situated on the southern end of Chaweng Beach so 15 - 20 min walk up the street to some of the more popular bars etc. Would stay there again.

In the middle of three building sites. Very very nice people, great room for the price, reasonably close to the beach (5 min walk). We checked out after 1 night though, since it was loud during the night (music, party) and during the day (construction sites).

After terrible problems checking in (had to wait hours) the staff and hotel was lovely. Rooms were great size. Definitely go back there.

It s a lovely clean hotel with a friendly staff. It was absolutely worth the money. The beach is just across the road, 10-15 min walk to the night clubs. The only disturbing thing was the noise from the street sometimes but one can probably avoid this by asking for a room facing the other side.

Very impressed with the Arina. It is family run and exceptionnaly friendly, they do absolutely all they can to make you feel welcome, the place is spotless and the breakfast is awesome (and included). While it is south of the centre of town you are within 5 minutes of access to the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend this place, went back on return to Samui. Bear in mind taxi drivers may not know where it is as quite new so have the address ready.
| Sawadee works well but an online availability chack would have saved me a lot of time.
