- How long does it take to confirm my booking?
Normally a booking request will be confirmed within 24-48 hours depends on the selected hotel and location.
- When will my credit card be charged for the booking?
Your credit card will be charged once your booking is confirmed with the hotel and your booking confirmation voucher has been issued and send to you.
- Can I book directly with the hotel?
No. The rates displayed on Hotspot-Asia website are only available through us. Hotel rates are often 60-75% more expensive. Our agents are also trained to help you reselect hotels and assist you with problems that hotel staff are not trained to do.
